As a life coach, I’m passionate about empowering women to take back control of their lives through holistic health and self-care. It was through witnessing a former colleague lose herself to overwork that I recognised the importance of a healthy work-life balance.
Health, fitness and personal development have been a very important part for most of my life (even worked as a fitness instructor). I also like to study these topics and take the most effective, yet simple components to apply practically in a busy life.
Of course life is not always a “bed of roses” and I’ve personally experienced and witnessed a number of health issues. We can grow stronger with insights, therefore the lessons in those challenges are of value. I love to share what I learn, so guiding women in this arena makes perfect sense.
